  • Do you always catch a cold if it is 'going around' the office?
  • Do you experience more than two head colds each year?
  • Do you experience more than one bout of the flu (aching joints, fevers, chills) each year?
  • Are you prone to developing frequent infections (teeth, urinary, kidney, gastric, middle ear)?

There are a number of conditions that a combination of tiredness and immune decline may indicate, depending on other accompanying symptoms. Read through the following list and click on the highlighted conditions that you relate to the most. You may not experience every symptom in the list and there may be more than one condition that you relate to.

If you are also tired when you first wake up; feel tired after exercise; lead a very hectic life now or in the past; experience chronic allergies, inflammation or digestive problems - this may indicate adrenal exhaustion.

If you also experience frequent abdominal bloating and gas; food allergies and intolerances - this may indicate leaky gut syndrome.

If you also experience the symptoms of leaky gut syndrome as well as fungal infections; hypoglycemia; sugar cravings; poor memory and concentration - this may indicate candida overgrowth.

If you also experience the symptoms of leaky gut syndrome; alternating bowel motions (constipation/ diarrhea); itchy skin; recent illness while travelling; recent food poisoning; own a pet - this may indicate an intestinal parasitic infection.
